Grammar:Tutorial
Personal and demonstrative pronouns Perfect tense of regular verbs Imperfect tense of regular verbs

Perfect of regular verbs is formed by adding a suffix to a three-letter root. For regular verbs the suffixes are the following:

person gender singular plural
3rd masculine (none) ו
feminine ה
2nd masculine ת תם
feminine תן
1st תי נו

The 3rd person singular masculine (just the three-letter root) form (not infinitive) is usually taken as the primary form in Hebrew dictionaries.

If the last letter of the root is the same as the first letter of the suffix, then that letter is omitted (written only once).

2nd person singular masculine sometimes has the suffix תה (instead of ת).
