(AKJV) Keep you far from a false matter; and the innocent and righteous slay you not: for I will not justify the wicked.

It seems implied that if you don't keep fat from false things, then innocent and righteous would kill you (such as like as Ilija brought fire from the heaven).

"I will not justify the wicked" looks like a contradiction in Bible, because (Rom. 4:5) "But to him that works not, but believes on him that justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness." What is the difference between wicked and ungodly?
