And Yah said: “Call him Not My People and name him Lo-Amee because I am one who lacks nothing. He is Not My People because they are not with Me and I am not the Yah that they long for.”

The name Lo-Amee means "Not My People". Replaced this name with the definition and translated the verse in this context.
