"I will very much multiple your ... pregnancy" This seems to indicate that fall of the man increased the length of pregnancy to present 9 months, it would be shorter without the fall.
"they will eat you all days of your life" - [[User:Victor_Porton|Victor Porton]] suggest that this mean that bacteria from the soil will eat the body of Adam.In other words, he will be sick all days of his life.
