I was somehow alarmed that it should be me, but after translating this verse (however without [[Theology:Spaces_Hypothesis|Spaces Hypothesis]]) I found something incomprehensible about "fencing a fence" (what does it mean for the whole planet?) and do not know what this may mean.
Also the context of nearby verses is about oppression of the poor. [[User:Victor_Porton|I]] am not a political activist to solve this problem.
