Translation of Genesis 2:10

A river came forth from Eden to irrigate the garden, and from there divided into four streams.

Conceiving went forth from their menstruation to irrigate you (fem.) the garden and from there will be divided and will be to four heads.

Does God offer a female reader of Bible to conceive four twins? Why is it said here? Or is it just a mis-translation?
