"Serpent" may mean some dinosaur commonly called "dragon". See also Rev 12:9. It is unclear when he was thrown to the Earth. Does [[Tanakh:Genesis_3:1|Genesis 3:1]] describe events before or after he was thrown to the Earth?
But snakes do not eat dust! (neither as far as I know also all kinds of reptilians not dinosaurs) neither known snakes are particularly smart. [[User:Victor_Porton|Victor Porton]] supposes that the only remaining explanation is that the "snake" was a snake-shaped alien.

From Rev 12:9 it is clear that the "snake" was an avatar of Devil.

The serpent was crafty than anything alive of the field which God Yahweh has done.

He said to the woman: Whether said God: Don't eat from any field of the garden?

But snakes do not eat dust! (neither as far as I know also all kinds of reptilians not dinosaurs) neither known snakes are particularly smart. Victor Porton supposes that the only remaining explanation is that the "snake" was a snake-shaped alien.

From Rev 12:9 it is clear that the "snake" was an avatar of Devil.
