Translation of Genesis 4:1
And Adam "knew" his wife Eve, and she became pregnant, and gave birth to Cain. She said: I have received a man with Yahweh.
Translation of Genesis 4:2
And she "did again" to give birth to his brother Abel.
Abel was a shepherd, Abel shepherded cattle. And Cain was a worker over the ground.
And she added to give birth his brother with the Baal.
Comments
Was Cain dedicated Yahweh and Abel dedicated to Baal? (Intuition would suggest the reverse.)
