The work of the manager is:
* collect donationsvia PayPal
* pay for Web hosting (currently around $24/month) and the domain
* manage our AdWords account (see also [http://www.google.com/grants/ here]) and our Google Analytics account

We need PHP MediaWiki and JavaScript jQuery programmers.

I tried to join [https://onetoday.google.com/ Google One Day] giving fund, but they required a "project image" at least 720 pixels wide by 1,036 pixels tall. I am no painter and cannot provide this image. If you can paint it for us, please contact porton@narod.ru.
