Currently the only voting member is Victor Porton, that is all decisions of the organization (including welcoming new voting members) are decided by Victor Porton single-handedly.

Anyone wanting to become a voting member should sign and send File:New-member-commitment.pdf (The editable source of this file is available File:New-member-commitment.odt.) to this address:

You should also send to Victor Porton a brief description of yourself and your opinions about the project and how you are going to help.

Victor Porton is going to welcome new voting members, but them may be added to the list of voting members only after we receive an enough number of applications.
