This is the charter for non-profit organization "Without Vowels Project", a 501(c)3 (tax exempt and tax deductible) registered in Colorado, US. Please help to maintain this organization. (We need money and volunteers.) See also moderation rules.

The organization
"Without Vowels project" is a non-commercial organization.
This it the charter of the organization.
The organization may be controlled by one or more (as set by the relevant jurisdiction) board members by the mean of voting. Voting is considered taken place if there has been more votes pro than the votes contra.
The board voting can change this charter, but "The purpose" and "Neutrality" principles cannot be changed.
The purpose
The sole purpose of the organization is to research and study Hebrew Bible as it was written without vowels.
Neutrality
Non-confessionality
The organization is not meant to express opinions of any particular religion or denomination.
Neutral point of view
The organization follows neutral point of view.
This means that the materials created by the organization must not be limited to any particular point of view. For any specific point of view for which there is no agreement it should be clear that it is a point of view of a specific person or community.
Non-discrimination
We comply with Google Grant policies:
- My organization does not discriminate on any unlawful basis in either hiring/employment practices or in the administration of programs and services.
- My organization does not discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity in hiring/employment practices.
- My organization may receive this donation under its own policy and applicable laws and regulations; this donation will not negatively impact Google's current or future ability to do business with my organization; and this donation will not be used to corruptly influence any government official to obtain or retain business or any improper advantage.
Remark: We are not a church, our service is not a a sacred service. (In Victor Porton's opinion, a sacred service for Christians is only a service which gives or receives Hily Spirit, not just reading of books.) We may accept volunteer work from homosexuals (as well as atheists, traitors, heretics, etc.) if they are considered to do a good service for our organization. In fact, we have no other choice rather than accept works of possible homosexuals. What we could do, delete back edits made by a person which is revealed to be a homosexual? Deleting items on the base of person's personality rather than merits of edits themselves would be quite silly. The same is true to other works at our site for all kinds of person where only the work is judged by us not people themselves.
Managing
The board can assign a manager and grant some of the rights of the board to the manager.
The manager controls the finances of the organization accordingly the above outlined purpose of the organization.
The organization can collect donations, controlled by the manager.
Press releases
Interesting opinions (as determined by the board) published on the organization's Web site should be press released (provided we have enough money to pay for a press release). The board may grant the right to determine which opinions are considered interesting to the manager or any other board member.
The manager can also send press releases about our organization overall (not about a specific opinion) without explicit consent of the board.
