"YHVH is Mighty! And He causes the winds to blow to end, and when He seizes us He cures us with His own hand, and with His own hand He binds us."
Commentary: (granted, I am a beginner and looking for some correction and help on my translation.)
The wind is the imagery of His Ruach (Spirit) and nothing is hidden from His sight. The Mighty One sees everything. His report will become our cure or our binding.
