'''אלYHVH is mighty!''' strong, mightyHe alone is not lacking in anything.
'''יהוהAnd he causes the winds to blow''' YHVHThe winds are much like His Ruach (Spirit). His Ruach is sevenfold and this is an expression to mean that they are infinite. It/they prevail upon, in and about the universe and they also rest upon the Messiah that He's given us.
'''כיIsaiah 11:1-5''' when<br />1 And there shall come forth a shoot out of the stock of Jesse, And a twig shall grow forth out of his roots.<br />2 And '''the spirit of the LORD''' shall rest upon him,<br />'''The spirit of wisdom''' and '''understanding''',<br />'''The spirit of counsel''' and '''might''',<br />'''The spirit of knowledge''' and '''of the fear of the LORD'''.<br />3 And his delight shall be in the fear of the LORD;<br />And he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes,<br/>Neither decide after the hearing of his ears;<br />4 But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, And decide with equity for the meek of the land;<br />And he shall smite the land with the rod of his mouth,<br />And with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.<br />5 And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins,<br />And faithfulness the girdle of his reins.<br />(JPS)
The infinite nature of Yah's Ruach in this passage from Isaiah is detailed below:<br/>1) the Spirit of YHVH<br />2) spirit of wisdom<br />3) spirit of understanding<br /> 4) spirit of counsel<br />5) spirit of might<br />6) spirit of knowledge (ref. Prov. 1:7)<br />7) spirit of the fear of YHVH (ref. Prov. 1:7)<br /><br />In Revelation we see this as pertaining to the Messiah as well:<br /> ''הוא'Revelation 3:1b'' He'<br/> ...This is the solemn pronouncement of the one who holds the seven spirits of God...<br/><br/>(Rev 4:5 and 5:6. Also, note: Exodus 25:31-40 when referencing the lamp in the Tabernacle/Temple)
'''טרףto the ends''' Temporal existence is a moment within the infinite. When we read of the creation in Genesis we read "Let us make man in our image". "Us" coincides with Elohim, and Elohim can be interpreted as the plurality of infinite strength and wisdom. This explains the infinite nature of the Master and King of the Universe. "to seize forcibly (page 556the ends" can be understood as the ends of the earth, the ends of the universe, the each of our own ends, Jastrow)the ends of time. He alone knows when He will bring about the end of time and usher in the Messianic Reign and Eternity. The winds of His Ruach are present in all the ends of the earth. They see and know all. His Ruach knows what we’ve been doing.
'''וירפאנוwhen He seizes us He cures us with His own hand'''The Hand of the Most High promised He' and ו d delivered us from death as promised in Gen 3:15; He י delivered us from wrath through Noach (Noah); from bondage in Egypt; He delivered us from the wilderness; He delivered us from our enemies (Torah, Joshua, Judges etc.); He preserved a remnant of us while in captivity in Babylon; He delivered us through the cure רפא of His Anointed One's stripes; He's deliver us נוfrom the clutches of death upon our resurrection unto life.
Those that are seized by His Hand and have have His Lamb'''יך''' hand s blood and have entered into the Covenant with Him will be cured/healed. They will experience the blessing of the Most High and will enjoy His plentiful benevolence. In the eyes of the unbelieving and heathen world, they will hate His people and they will do their best to bring about their ruin. This persecution is spoken of throughout the Word and is also proven in history. -- Note: possible scribal where final Kaf should be The persecution that is suffered for the name of the Father and His Way, Truth and Life are also a Daletblessing because we can always learn more about Him though these things. Ask yourself in times of trial "what does God want me to learn?" The battle is truly fought by our Father and He has given us sweet victory over death and over our enemies for eternity. Reference: Strongs H3197It is this faith in the power of Yah and the promise of the resurrection that the justice Our Father will carry out through His Anointed One that we firmly fix out hope in.
'''ויחבשנוwith His own hand He binds us''' Those without His Ruach, the Lamb's Blood and ו He י bind up חבש us נוthe Covenant will be seized by His hand and bound in eternal darkness. The Hand can also seize today and bring people into judgment. Pharaoh was delivered into the hand of judgment and so have those in Israel and Judah as well as the nations. They are delivered into the Hand of judgment because they willingly and knowingly transgress the commandments/will of the Most High. This is the most terrible place to be!
Commentary: (grantedWhen YHVH seizes us, I am a beginner and looking for some correction it is done with His almighty and help on my translations.) The winds blow to the ends of the earth, powerful hand – it can be the ends of time. The winds are like his Ruach and Messengers, nothing is hidden from His sight. The Mighty One sees everything. His report will become medicinal hand that applies our cure ; or our bindingit can be the hand that binds us for His wrath.
